Herman is a developer and co-founder of the web app https://justsketch.me who strives to bridge the gap between the analytical process of programming and the creative endeavour. We talk about some of the misconceptions of developers, what makes a good developer, and the importance of intuition when adding user features. We also go into the problems of traditional learning in a lecture hall, and how hands-on learning and problem solving leads to better understanding. Finally, we explore the JustSketchMe interface and how Herman has implemented all of his into his programming.
